I used the beautiful stamp set called Enchanted Carousel from CLEAR DOLLAR STAMPS. It is new for February.
I used my Label One Nestabilities to create the frame. Stamped the horse onto watercolour paper and cut it out and popped it up on dimensionals. I ran a piece of Velum Cardstock through the cuttlebug with the Divine Swirls Embossing Folder. I added Dazzling Diamonds Glitter to all the swirls.
