FRIENDS 24-7

I recently bought the Starter Kit from Stampin Up during their half price promotion. We were challenged to make a card using ONLY products from the Starter Kit. This is the card I entered into the contest.

The bird was stamped twice and popped up on dimensionals. The Early Expresso Satin ribbon was frayed then a fiber pulled to create the ruffle. I also used the Stampin Around Wheel for the musical notes across the bottom. I was very pleased with how my card turned out.

Card Supplies:

Stamps: SU Friends 24-7, Musical Notes Wheel
Paper: Whisper White, Early Expresso, Neutrals DSP Paper Pack
Ink: Early Expresso, Blushing Bride
Accessories: Early Expresso Satin Ribbon, Blender Pen, Stampin Sponges, Dimensionals

FRENCH FOILAGE COLLAGE

I made this card a couple days ago and never got it uploaded. I was playing around with some new stamps from Stampin Up. I used the French Foilage stamp set which is perfect for creating collage type cards. This card is truly a easy peasy one to make.

I just masked of a torn edge and sponged Cajun Craze..which gives it a faux tearing look. I stamped my images using Early Expresso, More Mustard and Cajun Craze. I frayed the edges of my ribbon, stamped two leaves and popped them up.

BLOOMING BOUQUET

I am home sick today...yuk! I dragged myself into my craft room to make this card for today's Featured Stamper Challenge over at Splitcoast. I chose Lisa's card HERE. I used new stamps and matching dies for December from CLEAR DOLLAR STAMPS called Blooming Bouquet.

This card also qualifies for last weeks CUTE CARD THURSDAY Challenge...Floral Frenzy...to feature flowers on our card.

I thought this made a nice cheery card on such a dark gloomy day here in Southern Ontario.

I kept her theme and layout but changed the stamps and colors. I also left off the sentiment.

Stamps: Clear Dollar Stamps ~ Blooming Bouquet
Paper: SU Whisper White, Cherry Cobbler, Daffodil Delight, Wild Wasabi

The main image was stamped once in Riding Hood Red, then using the stamp-a-ma-jig it was offset slightly and stamped in Old Olive to give it some dimension and a bit of a shadow.
