HAPPINESS ALWAYS

I am in need of a few Anniversary cards.....so I took advantage of some of today's challenges to make one.

This card qualifies for todays Colour Challenge at Splitcoaststampers. The colours we were to use are Basic Grey, So Saffron, Bermuda Bay and a Neutral(I chose white).

This card also qualifies for this weeks MOJO MONDAY Sketch Challenge.

I used my new Spellbinders Fleur de lis Nestability Die that I ordered from Clear Dollar Stamps. I think it is sooooo pretty!

ANNIVERSARY TULIPS

This card was created using some new products I just received....yeah!

I used my new Spellbinders Fancy Tags I ordered from CLEAR DOLLAR STAMPS!

I used new cardstock I ordered from CLEAR DOLLAR STAMPS...the Neenah Solar White Cardstock that is great to use with Copic Markers.

The sentiment is from a new set being released April 1st from CLEAR DOLLAR STAMPS called Heartfelt Sentiments. (Please note the tulips are not from this set)

This card is also for the following challenges:

1. The Clean & Simple Challenge today at SPLITCOASTSTAMPERS which was a sketch.

2. The Try a New Technique Challenge at SPLITCOASTSTAMPERS, Inside Out....we were to decorate the inside of our card to match the cardfront.

3. THE PINK ELEPHANT CHALLENGE this week which was to use Pastels on our card!

SNAIL MAIL

This card is for today's Featured Stamper Challenge over at Splitcoast. Beedubya aka Brandi was the Featured Stamper today. I chose her card HERE to case.

I kept the basic layout but changed the stamps, colours and embossing folder. I distressed all the edges heavily and added some Faux Stitching around the edge.

I used new stamps for March from CLEAR DOLLAR STAMPS called Snail Mail.

JUST BECAUSE .. 2-5-7-10 BOXES

I made these 2 -5-7-10 boxes to hold some little treats for my son and my little cousins who are coming for supper tommorow. I had never made these before, so it was a good excuse to try them and use up some scraps of DSP.

The purple one is my favourite...so it is for Kierstyn.

CLEARLY INSPIRED CHALLENGE

PHANTOM OF THE OPERA

This card was made for today's Clean And Simple Challenge over at Splitcoaststampers. We were to make a card with the theme, New York, New York.

I love Broadway Shows....but have never been to one on Broadway yet. I have however seen a few here in Toronto Canada. I loved The Phantom Of The Opera...I even went and saw it twice after I read the book. I think it is such a romantic story despite it being sad!

So my CAS card this week is in honour of the Broadway Stage....I hope to one day get there to see a live production.

SHOE FLY

This card is in honour of my friend Cathy aka Mutnik over at Splitcoaststampers. She was today's Featured Stamper and last weeks Queen For The Day.

I chose to case THIS card of Cathy's. I kept the layout the same, but changed the colors, stamps and added a trademark Mutnik Border.

This sweet stamp is new for March from CLEAR DOLLAR STAMPS. It is called Shoe Fly.

I thought it was the perfect stamp to use for Cathy's C is For Curts Cousin card.....because Candy the Cow is sick of the barnyard Flies....Shoe Fly Shoe...

I made this card for my little cousin.......
It qualifies for today's Ways To Use It Challenge over at Splitcoaststampers ~A Little Encouragement. We were to make an encouraging card for someone and we were to make sure we sent it on out to them.

I don't know what Stampin Up set this little guy is from....I got him as a little gift at a Stampin Up party eons ago and always kept it because I think he is so cute!!

I love this sentiment from the Sassy & Fabulous stamp set from CLEAR DOLLAR STAMPS. It is too cute!

I made this card for today's Colour Challenge over at SPLITCOASTSTAMPERS. We were to use Old Olive, Orchid Opulance and Rich Razzleberry and one neutral. I love this colour combo...as it is all in the Cottage Wall DSP from SU.

I also used the sketch from this weeks MOJO MONDAY sketch challenge.

This card is also for MOTHERMARKS TEAPOT Challenge. These high heels are to help out her Flat Footed Booby. Click on the link to read the rest of the story........lol

I added a little bit of Crystal Stickles to the shoes for some extra pizazz!

I made this cute little watering can using the template found in the resource section at SPLITCOASTSTAMPERS.

It is my turn to host our girls poker night next month....so I think I will make one for each of the girls with some treats inside...

This card was made using new stamps from CLEAR DOLLAR STAMPS called Sweet & Sassy.

WHAT'S THE BUZZ?

This card is for the CLEARLY INSPIRED CHALLENGE over on LORI'S BLOG. Why not join us and play along. There are always prizes to be won.

This week we were challenge to use GREEN on our card. I used my Favourite green: Kiwi Kiss.

I used the Circle Chat Chat stamp set from CLEAR DOLLAR STAMPS which is new for March. I used one of the sentiments to make my stems for my flowers added some Kiwi Kiss ribbon leaves and of course used the sweet circles for my flowers. I used the Blossom Nesties and corduroy buttons to complete my little spring blossoms.

SASSY & FABULOUS

This card was created using new stamps from CLEAR DOLLAR STAMPS called Sassy & Fabulous. Isn't it the cutest?

I used Basic Grey Bittersweet DSP, Purely Pomegranate and Chocolate Chip cardstocks. I love this colour combo!

The purse was stamped and coloured in with inks and a blender pen. It was cut out and popped up on dimensionals.

This card qualifies for two challenges:

1. Way to Use It Challenge over at SPLITCOASTSTAMPERS. We were to use something NEW. This stamp set is new for me...it is the first time I inked it up.

HAPPY MAIL

We have been enjoying some lovely 'spring-like' weather here in Southern Ontario. So I thought it was fitting to use this new stamp set from CLEAR DOLLAR STAMPS called SNAIL MAIL.

I think he is so cute.....because I have the same job as him......and sometimes I walk at about the same speed as a snail. But he is enjoying the beautiful weather....as am I!

This card qualifies for today's Sketch Challenge over at SPLITCOASTSTAMPERS. I just flipped the sketch upside down...

I coloured in my images with Copic Markers twice and cut one out and popped it up on dimensionals. I used a scalloped circle to create my clouds.

In this photo you can see how I popped him up to give the card a little more dimension. I then added a couple of butterflies to complete my scene.

ALL THE BEST

I was asked to make a retirement card for a male co-worker. I used one of my new In Colour favourite colour combo's....Bermuda Bay and Soft Suede.

I tried my hand at Brayering and sponging a scene using CLEAR DOLLAR STAMPS new stamp called Scenic Trees. This is my second card today with this set...I really like it.

This card is also for this weeks OUR CREATIVE CORNER CHALLENGE, which was a sketch challenge.

SCENIC TREE

I unfortunately need two sympathy cards this week. This will be one of them.

I used new stamps from CLEAR DOLLAR STAMPS called Scenic Trees. It is the most awesome set....it has every tree you could ever want. I knew I just had to have it when I saw it.

I used my scorepal and scorebug tool to create the stitched looking grid pattern. I also used the Direct to Paper technique with my stamp pads to create the sky and ground.

~~SPRING DRAGONFLY~~

This card was created for a few challenges:

1. For today's colour challenge over at SPLITCOASTSTAMPERS. We were to use Basic Grey, Always Artichoke and Crushed Curry with a neutral of our choice.

2. For Monday's Try A New Technique..Faux What? over at SPLITCOASTSTAMPERS. We were to create a panel NOT using any of our Spellbinders Nestabilities. I used my SU Border Punch to create my shape.

3. For Sunday's Featured Stampers Challenge. I chose THIS card of Angella's. I was inspired by the layout and the dragonfly's.

4. For this weeks RAISE THE BAR challenge Three's Company. To use increments of 'three' on our card somewhere. I used 3 dragonfly brads.

5. For this weeks THE PINK ELEPHANT challenge to add Green to our colour combo. I obviously used Always Artichoke on my card and Green ribbon.
