I used new stamps for September from CLEAR DOLLAR STAMPS called Poinsettia~December Flower of the Month.
I stamped my flower three times onto shimmery white cardstock and cut it out and layered it up with dimensionals. I coloured the flower in with my blender pen. I added some new White Shimmer Paint from Stampin Up to give it a bit more shimmer.
Check out the colour challenge HERE and come play along.
