This card is for today's Clean & Simple challenge. We were to use White and just ONE other colour. I chose Brilliant Blue.I used new stamps from CLEAR DOLLAR STAMPS for November. This set is called Just Chillin' and is designed for Clear Dollar Stamps by Wendy Hall ~ Louby Lou Creations.
I added some Flower Soft for the snow and some Crystal Stickles on my Polar Bear to make him shimmer.
