BLINGED OUT SEAHORSE

This is for todays CAS challenge over at Splitcoaststampers to use BLING on our card. I chose to use this new stamp set for August from CLEAR DOLLAR STAMPS called UNDER THE SEA.

I incorporated the bling by adding it to the mane and along the back of my seahorse. I also added some dew drops in each corner of the card and also some crystal effects to the bubbles.

I received the top note die cute from Kris (krischir on splitcoast) in a RAK. THANKS KRIS!!!
