CALMING TEAL SYMPATHY ~ CAS CHALLENGE

This card was made for a co-worker who lost her father. I made it a bit larger than usual 5.5 x 5.5 so there is room for everyone to sign it at work.
I went with today's Clean And Simple Challenge, which was a colour challenge. We were asked to use White and Teal and one other colour. I chose to go with brown.
I made a template using my square Spellbinders Nestability, and sponged Taken With Teal onto Shimmery White Cardstock.
The images were stamped with Distressed Ink Walnut Stain. I added the sheer brown ribbon with a spiral clip. I finished off the card with a little bit of paper piercing in two of the opposite corners.
Card Supplies:
Stamps: Inkadinkadoo~Garden Delight; Clear Dollar Stamps ~ Words of Sympathy
Paper: Shimmery White, Taken With Teal
Ink: Taken With Teal, Distressed Ink Walnut Stain
Accessories: Square Spellbinder Nestabilities, Spiral Clip, Brown Sheer Ribbon, Sponges, Paper Piercer
Hope you like it! Thanks for stopping by.

Very pretty, I like the reverse masking you did and the colors.

Oh wow, so simple and just so elegant and pretty! Love how you used the sprial clip/ribbon and the sponge background is a perfect canvas for those silhouette images.
